Shipping, Freshness & Refund Policy
Every box leaves our Jhang kitchen fresh, sealed, and inspected. Here is how we handle delivery and replacements.
1. Jhang City Same-Day Delivery & Self-Pickup
Orders placed within Jhang City (up to 15 km from our kitchen) are delivered by our dedicated riders within 60–90 minutes during operating hours (8:00 AM – 10:30 PM). You may also choose free Branch Self-Pickup at checkout.
2. Nationwide Courier Shipping (All Pakistan)
Nationwide orders of Sohan Halwa, dry mithai, and bakery items are packed in food-grade airtight tins and shipped via tracked TCS courier. Dispatch occurs within 24 hours of order confirmation, and transit typically takes 2–4 working days depending on your city.
3. Freshness & Replacement Guarantee
Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept general returns once a seal is opened. However, if your parcel arrives damaged in transit, tampered with, or with an incorrect item, please share a photo of the tin/box and tracking slip on our WhatsApp (0304-1111-690) within 24 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
4. Privacy & WhatsApp Updates
Your phone number and delivery address are used strictly for order confirmation, live rider/TCS tracking notifications, and customer support. We never sell or share customer data with third parties.
