Authentic Sohan Halwa cannot be rushed. Every batch begins with naturally sprouted wheat (angoori / samak), farm-fresh full-cream milk simmered for hours, and pure Desi Ghee.
We finish each batch with premium Californian almonds, Iranian pistachios, cashews, and green cardamom—then seal it warm into food-grade airtight tin boxes so the aroma and crunch remain intact for months.
